Drowning Prevention Week

Finally we have some good weather forecast (Hooray!). Drowning Prevention Week is now coming to a close - however with the warm temperatures many of us may be looking to seek water based activity to cool off. Prevention and education are fundamental to this. The Royal Life Saving Society have some excellent FREE resources to engage with water safety - they can be found via the website here

Should the worst happen and you be involved caring for a person who has suspected to have drowned - the links below provide videos how to do CPR. The sequence for Adults has a slight adaption with the primary aim of restoring breathing and delivering vital oxygen to their lungs.
